Missions
At Crosspointe, missions are at the heart of who we are. We believe in being the hands and feet of Jesus—both locally and globally—through service, giving, prayer, and presence. Whether it's through teaching, building, praying, or simply showing up to love people well, our mission teams aim to share the Gospel in every way possible.
We are committed to fulfilling the Great Commission, as Jesus commanded in Matthew 28:18–20, by reaching people with the hope of Christ wherever He leads us.
Local Missions
We’re passionate about meeting needs right here at home. Crosspointe partners with several local ministries and outreach opportunities, including:
Matthew 25:40 Ministries
Helping Hands of Kilgore
Highway 80 Rescue Mission
House of Hope in Longview
The City of Kilgore
Regional outreach in Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, and Alaska
These partnerships allow us to serve our neighbors and communities through food distribution, crisis support, construction, outreach events, and more.
Global Missions
Crosspointe partners with Missionary Actions Projects (MAPS) and other organizations to send teams and support projects across the globe. God has opened doors for our church to serve in a variety of locations—through construction, evangelism, teaching, and fellowship. Here are a few areas where we are actively involved:
Alaska
In Wasilla, Alaska, our teams serve at Camp Challenge, a state camp where we've built playgrounds, storage facilities, repainted cabins, and assisted with camp operations. We've had the privilege of serving as cooks, counselors, and hands-on helpers to support family ministry.
Dominican Republic
Our ongoing work in the Dominican Republic has seen God move powerfully through church growth and spiritual development. Crosspointe teams have helped build multiple churches and supported the local congregations through worship, teaching, and fellowship.
Honduras
Crosspointe has long-standing relationships in Honduras, where we’ve partnered with churches, Christian schools, and vocational training centers. We also sponsor children through Children of Promise. In return, we’ve been blessed to host our Honduran friends here in Texas for ministry exchange and encouragement.
Texas
In addition to our local outreach, we serve broader regions of Texas. One example is our involvement in Jourdanton, TX, where we’ve helped build a church and pastor’s parsonage. We continue to look for opportunities to serve communities across the state through missions and ministry.
