This raffle is conducted as a charitable fundraiser to support Next Gen Youth attending camp.

This raffle is conducted in accordance with the Texas Charitable Raffle Enabling Act (Texas Occupations Code Chapter 2002). Crosspointe Church is a qualified nonprofit religious organization permitted to conduct raffles under Texas law.

• Tickets are sold in person only within the State of Texas

• Online ticket sales are prohibited

• Tickets may not be sold outside the State of Texas

• Ticket price: $10 each or 6 for $50

• Ticket sales run from April 1 through June 1

• Tickets will be available at Crosspointe Church and at select in-person locations (to be announced)

• No person is compensated for selling raffle tickets

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable

The prize has been donated and secured prior to the beginning of ticket sales as required by Texas law.

The firearm is not transferred by Crosspointe Church. The firearm must be redeemed through a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer:

The winner must complete all required federal and state paperwork and pass a federal background check before taking possession of the firearm.

The winner must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local firearm laws.

If the selected winner fails the required background check, is legally prohibited from possessing a firearm, or cannot complete the transfer, the winner will receive store credit, merchandise, or a gift certificate of equal value from the firearm dealer.

The raffle drawing will be held on June 1 at Crosspointe Church in Kilgore, Texas.

Ticket holders do not need to be present to win.

The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided on the raffle ticket.

All raffle proceeds are used solely to support Next Gen Youth attending camp.

Upon lawful transfer of the firearm by the licensed dealer, all ownership, possession, and responsibility transfers to the winner. Crosspointe Church, its staff, volunteers, and affiliated ministries assume no responsibility or liability for the use, storage, transport, or handling of the firearm after transfer.

Crosspointe Church conducts no more than two raffles per calendar year as required by Texas law.

All required disclosures are included on raffle tickets.

Participation in this raffle constitutes acceptance of these official rules.
